摘要:: mTORC1 inhibitors were first approved for the use in metastatic kidney cancer. However, observed treatment benefit was highly heterogeneous among patients. Through case-based cancer genomic sequencing of therapeutic outliers, we can begin to appreciate the convergent evolution of given cancer pathways/phenotypes beyond genes in kidney cancer, like a braided river.
